Rules:
You MUST eat or drink a food every 2-3 hours. Drink large amounts of water with lemon and lime in it. You can make vegetable soups, steamed vegetables, sautéed vegetables, salads, juiced vegetables, beans with vegetables, raw vegetables, etc. Fruits can be eaten in a smoothie with your shake or juiced or raw. Again, you must intake something every 2-3 hours or you will lose energy and be tired. Don’t forget the healthy fats listed above because your body needs this for energy conversion.
Example of a day:
5:30 breakfast: Fresh plate of fruit and a few nuts
8:00 snack: Shake with frozen blueberries and a TBSP of coconut oil.
11:30 Lunch: Plate of steamed vegetables and a salad
2:00 snack: Freshly juiced vegetable drink and a few raw vege’s.
5:00 Dinner: Vegetable soup and a slice of avocado or guacamole.
8:00 snack: Can have another shake if you have been given two kinds or some soup or vegetable broth or more freshly juiced vegetables or stemed vege’s.
You don’t have to intake a lot at each meal or snack so you won’t be overfull but you do have to do some so you wont get weak and lose energy. Eat as much as you would like because there is no limit on the amount of these foods except for the nuts needing to be kept to a minimum. Maybe 15-20 nuts a day.
Don’t forget the water which is very important and coffee is fine too- black.
Try to do this for 3-5 weeks so your gut can heal and you can regain health and get a good clean-out. Then switch to the Green Diet Phase 1 avoiding your food allergies as much as possible when you convert and then you can add them back slowly not doing allergy items more than 3X a week.
When you juice fresh vegetables, don’t do too many kinds at once. Start out with carrot and apple. Then the next day you can add a green vegetable to it for a few days then add another. If you do too much of a variety all at once you may get diarrhea. Anyone not used to juicing will. If you still feel you need to have an egg every once in awhile it will be ok to do a couple eggs a week.

The sun shines and warms and lights us and we have no curiosity to know why this is so; but we ask the reason of all evil, of pain, and hunger, and mosquitoes and silly people.
